Why do in-stock items have to wait for one week to be delivered?
Once you made an order, we will need 1-2 working day(s) to confirm the payment. After confirmation, we will pack your products and deliver to you through S.F. Express. Generally, you will receive your products within 7 days.

If a product is not available or sold out, how can I reserve the product and how long do I need to wait? 
If the product you are looking for is out of stock, please contact us and we will help you with the order. For 925 sterling silver or 18K products, it takes 2-4 weeks to order and deliver to you; for customized engagement rings or engraved services, it takes 4-6 weeks to proceed. The order processing time may be faster than the time expected or may take longer since the item may have a complicated production process. If there are any updates of the status, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please pay attention to your email or contact our customer service for any inquiries. 

Does RINGBOW offer customized engagement ring services?
RINGBOW does offer custom-made services for engagement rings. You can contact us and tell us about your special needs. RINGBOW will try our best to help you find your perfect diamond ring. 

Does RINGBOW accept returns or exchanges?
No, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, exchanges is available but only for RINGS. The exchange policy limits on same product but different ring size only, and for once.

How to request an exchange?
You must contact us to request an exchange within 7 days. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy or contact us for more details.

What shipping method can I choose?
We just provide shipping locally through S.F. Express. 

How many day(s) will S.F. Express needs for shipping my product(s)?
Generally, you will receive your products within 2-3 working days once we send them to S.F. Express. Please refer to our Delivery Policy or ask S.F. Express for more details.

Can I change the shipping method?
You cannot change your order once you made the payment. If you have any questions for the shipping process, please contact us before your payment.

What payment can I choose?

Why did the products become more expensive?
We may adjust the prices of products irregularly but we will announce to the public 1-2 weeks before the adjustment. The pricing will be adjusted because of the prices of materials, the labor costs, or any other costs that may include. The final price of the product will be subject to the price on the website.

Does RINGBOW provide gift packing services?
Yes. Please make sure you have put the packing services into your shopping cart before you checkout. Besides the exclusive RINGBOW gift box, our gift packing service also includes an exquisite ribbon and a shopping bag with RINGBOW's logo.

Does RINGBOW offer repair services?
Yes. You can contact us for the repair service that you needed. We provide a one-time repair and maintenance service to our customer for 1 year after purchase.
