Product's status
If a product is ready to purchase, you will receive the product within a week once you have purchased. If the product is "Sold Out", products' of 925 sterling silver and 18K gold may take 2-4 weeks to order; if custom-made and engrave service is needed, it takes 4-6 weeks to proceed to delivery. The order processing time may be faster than the time expected or may take longer since the item may have a complicated production process. If there are any updates of the status, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please pay attention to your email or contact our customer service for any inquiries.
Shipping Arrangement
RINGBOW chooses S.F. Express as our delivery. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.(excluding public holidays). Please note that orders after 12 n.n. will be processed in the next working day. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days normally. Designated remote areas of Hong Kong may need 2-3 extra working days to process. It may take 2-3 extra working days to arrange for delivery during Sale Promotion, Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc. These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Your order will usually be delivered on time, although delays may occasionally occur. Factors beyond our control may impact delivery time and these may include unforeseen impacts caused by our delivery partners and weather disturbances. RINGBOW carries no liability in these cases and recommends that orders are placed as early as possible.
Shipping Fee
HK$50 shipping fee is applied to every purchase on RINGBOW. Free shipping is available within Hong Kong SAR on orders over HK$2,000.
Order Packing
All jewelry purchased from RINGBOW Online Store is delivered in an exclusive RINGBOW gift box. Besides, RINGBOW also provides extra gift packing services including an exclusive RINGBOW gift box, an exquisite ribbon and a shopping bag with RINGBOW's logo.
Track your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the courier website. Please note that you will not be able to track the delivery status until the day when you received your tracking number.
Courier Service
Our orders are sent via courier service provided by SF Express depends on the area and must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for a delivery then the parcel will be returned to the depot. The courier may contact you over the phone to arrange a re-delivery or pick up at depot at your convenience. Please note that your parcel will be available at the depot on the next 1-2 business days from the first delivery attempt.
Self-pickup Service – S.F. Stores and S.F. Express Service Centers
Self-pickup service at S.F. Stores and S.F. Express Service Centers is available upon selection in checkout page. You will receive SMS or phone notification from S.F. Express once the parcel is delivered to the service point. You can pick up the parcel at S.F. Stores or Service Centers upon verification. Please present SMS notification to the S.F. Service Points representative for parcels self-pickup at S.F. Service Points.
