RINGBOW do not offer returns or refunds on any order.
Exchange Policy
All rings can be exchanged (rings & engagement rings only). All earrings, bracelets, necklaces and pendants are not applicable for exchanges due to personal hygiene issues.
Exchange Arrangment
If you would like to proceed to exchange process, you must find our customer service and make request. Each order could exchange once only, and limits to same product but different ring size only. Please keep the receipt, all packing, GIA certificate(if any) and maintain the perfect condition of the product once you have received. If it is custom-made or engraved product, damaged or scratched, or modified by any other company, are not accepted for exchange. In case of any dispute, RINGBOW reserves the right of final decision.
Notice for Exchange
Our customer service will discuss with you for the exchange arrangement. Generally, you can arrange shipping to send us back the product with the original packing, receipt and GIA certificate (if any) to our office. If you have special request, you can contact us to make an appointment for face-to-face. We will notify you once the exchange is completed. You can choose face-to-face or through shipping service to receive your product(s). Please note that additional shipping fee may applied.
