All products in RINGBOW’s website are covered by a 1-year warranty. Please retain the e-receipt from SHOPLINE as proof of purchase. The warranty is for 1 year from the date you received. For example, if you buy an item on 30 June and receive it on 7 July, the warranty will last until next year 7 July.
The regular service includes free checking, cleaning, and simple repair service(excluding the metal and diamond). General wear and tear, misuse, and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. Your warranty does not entitle you to replacements of lost items. RINGBOW also provides other charged services including changing the damaged accessories, make-up the lost accessories, etc. Please contact us for the service fee that might be charged. If products are in fully damaged condition, RINGBOW will not be able to provide any repair services.
If you need repair and maintenance service, please contact our customer service for more details. The services depend on your product’s condition. In case of any dispute, RINGBOW reserves the right of final decision.
